The club’s aims
Statutory aims

In particular, the club works towards:
- developing mutual contacts in the service of society;
- promoting high ethical standards in professional life and in business;
- using the professional experience of members as a way of serving others;
- applying the idea of community service in personal, professional and community life;
- developing understanding between people of good will;
- carrying out charitable work and organising activities that raise money and goods for those in need.
Our priority
Whom we help first
The club’s priority is helping people on the edge of social exclusion — mainly children and young people, refugees and migrants from Ukraine, people with disabilities, and victims of the war in Ukraine.
Who makes up the club
Our club is made up of people with different professional, personal and cultural backgrounds. What we share is the wish to act together, regular meetings and involvement in community initiatives.
Different professions and experience
Rotary brings together people from different professional backgrounds. Thanks to that, in our projects we can draw on different skills, points of view and experience.
A Polish-Ukrainian community
Our Club has both Poles and Ukrainians. We hold our meetings in Polish and in Ukrainian, creating a space for cooperation, integration and getting to know one another.
Shared commitment
Members do not only meet at the same table — they help create the projects, the events and the life of the Club, sharing their time, knowledge, contacts and ideas.
Who represents the club
In formal matters the Club is represented by two members of the Board acting jointly. This rule follows from the Association’s rules of representation and matters especially for contracts, agreements, applications and Rotary grant projects.
In practice one person may conduct the talks and settle the working arrangements, whereas a document requiring formal representation is signed by two authorised people.
