Looking for support?
If you need support for a person, a family, a school, a care centre, a foundation or another organisation, describe your situation to us. We cannot guarantee help in every case, but we review every request and we answer every one.
What a request should contain
Five things. Without them the matter will come back to you with questions anyway, and that costs two weeks.
-
Who is making the request
The name of the institution or organisation, a contact person and a telephone number. If you write as a family, a first name and a way to reach you are enough.
-
What you need
Describe as precisely as you can what you need and how the Club could get involved — through financial support, knowledge, contacts, volunteering, support in kind, organisational or partnership support, or another form of help.
-
For whom
How many people, and who they are. The club helps those at risk of social exclusion — children and young people, refugees, people with disabilities.
-
By when
If the help is needed before a particular date, be sure to give it.
-
What the approximate cost is
If you can, give an approximate sum or the value of the support needed. The absence of a costing does not rule a request out — it only makes it impossible to compare with anything.
What happens next
- Step 1
We confirm the request has arrived
We let you know the message reached us. If we need further information, we get in touch with you.
- Step 2
We discuss the matter at a club meeting
We discuss the request, taking into account its nature, our capabilities and the resources available.
- Step 3
We come back with an answer
We tell you whether we can get involved in helping, whether further arrangements are needed, or whether we are not able to take the request on.
