We are looking for people who want to do something useful together with others and are ready to share their time, experience, skills and ideas. What we have in common is different experience, different professions and different stories. We meet every Wednesday at 7 pm — in person at Hotel MDM in Warsaw and online. We speak Polish and Ukrainian.

What membership gives you

Things people come to Rotary for

A community

People of different professions, different experience and different backgrounds meet regularly, get to know one another and act together. Such relationships often grow into friendships that last for years.

Real projects

Membership gives you the chance to co-create community work — from the idea and the planning through to carrying it out and weighing up the results.

An international network

1.2 million Rotarians in more than 200 countries. Your membership card opens the door of a club in every city you travel to.

An exchange of experience

A lawyer, a doctor, an entrepreneur and an engineer at the same table. The knowledge and contacts around that table are not for sale.

Grants and making ideas happen

Membership gives you the chance to co-create projects that can draw on grants from The Rotary Foundation and on partnerships with clubs in other countries.

Growth and leadership

Training, seminars, the Learning Center and programmes such as RYLA help you build skills, confidence and the ability to work with people.

Meetings

When and where we meet

Regular meetings are an important part of the Club’s life. This is where we get to know each other, discuss projects, take decisions and plan what comes next.

A steady rhythm

We meet every Wednesday at 7 pm — in person at Hotel MDM, plac Konstytucji 1 in Warsaw, and online.

We speak Polish and Ukrainian.

Guests are welcome. If you would like to meet us, write to us in advance and join one of our meetings — in person or online.

What a meeting looks like

Meetings vary: from work on projects and Club business to conversations with invited guests. It is best to see it for yourself — you can come to one of the meetings as a guest.

Tell us you are coming

What we expect

What it takes to become a member of the Club

Membership in Rotary is not only about being present at meetings, but also about actively co-creating the Club and taking responsibility for what we do together.

A member’s recommendation

Someone in the club has to know you and vouch for you. If you know nobody yet — you will meet us at a meeting; that is what guest meetings are for.

Getting to know the Club

A candidate has the chance to see how the Club works, to meet its members and to feel its atmosphere, during the regular meetings.

The board’s decision

Your application is presented to the club’s members at the next meeting — no waiting for the end of the year. After the members have discussed it, admission is approved by the board.

Readiness to take an active part

Every member takes part in at least one area of the Club’s work — projects, committees, events, communication, finding partners or cooperation with other clubs.

Readiness to pay membership fees regularly

Membership of the Club carries the duty to pay membership fees regularly. The fees are paid every month, except in July and August.

Readiness to attend meetings regularly

Members take part in the weekly meetings and actively shape them.

How it works

Four steps — from the first contact to membership

  • Step 1

    You write to us

Fill in the form below or just send an e-mail. We answer as quickly as we can.

  • Step 2

    You come as a guest

Wednesday, 7 pm, Hotel MDM at plac Konstytucji 1. Let us know you are coming — we will be expecting you.

  • Step 3

We get to know each other

A few meetings let both sides check whether Rotary and our Club are the right place for you. That is when a member’s recommendation comes in.

  • Step 4

    The Club decides

After a period of getting to know each other, the candidate submits an application for membership to the Board. The members of the Club first discuss the candidacy; after the discussion, admission is approved by the Board.

Club life

How club members get involved

Membership in Rotary also means actively co-creating the life of the Club.

Club members take part in promoting the club’s work, initiate meetings with guest speakers, carry out projects, cooperate with other Rotary clubs and join in work for the public good. Each member takes on one of the forms of activity — according to their own capacity, experience and interests.

This can be, among other things:

  1. Dedicated club committees
  2. Work on club projects
  3. Running the website and FB
  4. Preparing information and promotional materials
  5. Looking for sponsors and other sources of support
  6. Preparing club events
  7. Cooperation with other clubs

Every member of the club is an integral part of it, and gladly supports what the others do.

Application

Write to us

Nothing here commits you to anything. This form starts a conversation; it is not a membership application.

Rotary brings together people of different professions — that is why we ask.

Partnership for companies

A company can support a project with money, with goods or with its expertise. We describe four forms of cooperation separately.
